T-Minus 4 days

Well 3 more days of chemo and then 1 day of radiation (this will be a fast short process) Day 0, the 29th, is the day of transplant. Rick’s bone marrow will be harvested and filtered and then will be infused into me. It should be a very easy process – I will probably just be sleeping while everyone watches me with eyes open. The next couple days after the transplant, the staff will be watching more closely to make sure nothing happens right away. If my counts recover fast and there appears to be no major complication, then I might be able to go home 2-3 weeks after transplant. I am planning on surviving this!

Thanks for all the thoughts wishes and spreading of my story,

I love you all,

Craig
